Fame Art Gallery Return Policy:
At Fame Art Gallery, our mission is to provide high-quality canvas reproductions and ensure our customers' satisfaction. However, we understand that situations may arise where you need to return an order. Please read our simple and straightforward returns policy below before placing your order:
1. Order Alterations:
Please review your shopping cart carefully before checking out. If you need to alter your order, contact us within 4 business hours. Since our orders are made on demand, we may not fully accommodate requests without sufficient notice.
2. Change of Mind and Returns:
All our artwork are made to order. If you've had a change of heart and your order is already in production or has been shipped/delivered, you may be eligible for store credit if it is within 7 days of receipt. We do not offer refunds for change of mind.
A 25% restocking fee applies to change-of-mind returns. The returned print must be in 'as new' condition with original packaging. You will be responsible for the return shipping cost.
3. Damaged in Transit Claim:
If your parcel arrives with obvious damage, do not accept it. Ask the courier to return it and inform us immediately.
If the artwork is damaged after delivery, advise us within 24 hours and include photos of the damage in your email.
4. Missing after Delivery:
We are not responsible for missing artworks if delivered without a signature. Please provide a safe location for delivery or an alternative address if you won't be home.
5. Faulty Claim:
If you receive an artwork with a workmanship fault, we will replace it free of charge. Contact us within 7 days of receipt, and we may request the artwork to be returned.
6. Warranty Claim:
Our artwork comes with a 12-month warranty. If a fault is found within this period, contact us immediately with clear photographic evidence, and we will replace it if the fault is ours.
